The entrance is on 58th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues. Look for the corporate entrance, on the North side of 58th Street, which has "Time Warner Inc." written over the glass doorway. Registration is in the lobby.  Do NOT enter through the shopping mall.

By subway, use the A/C/E, 1/2/3 or B/D to the “59th Street / Columbus Circle” stop.

 

PROGRAM

Day One – Wednesday June 2

  • Continental Breakfast: 8:00am – 9:00am
  • Conference Sessions: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • CECP Excellence Awards Cocktail Reception: 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Day Two – Thursday June 3

  • Continental Breakfast: 8:00am – 9:00am
  • Conference Sessions: 9:00am – 2:30pm
  • Deep-Dive Interactive Workshops: 2:30pm – 4:00pm

 

COST

The cost of the Summit is included in your CECP membership or CGS subscription. Attendees are responsible for all travel and lodging costs.

 

DRESS

Business attire is appropriate for the Summit and Excellence Awards celebration.

 

AIRPORTS

  • LaGuardia Airport (LGA) ~ by taxi: 25-35 minutes, approx $30 fare + tolls + tip
  • JFK International Airport (JFK) ~ by taxi: 50-70 minutes, $45 flat fare + tolls + tip
  • Newark International Airport (EWR) ~ by taxi: 60-80 minutes, approx $75 fare + tolls + tip

The CECP conference rate is $295 per night plus tax. Make your reservation by calling 212.265.7400 and referencing the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy (CECP).  The room block expires on May 1, 2010.
