Bloomberg
Employee Programs and Public Service Announcement
On International Corporate Philanthropy Day, Bloomberg will proudly kick off its 2010 Employee Matching and Dollars for Your Hours programs. Through the Employee Matching Program, employees may leverage their personal charitable giving with a one-time match (up to $5,000) from Bloomberg to charities recommended by the Company. Dollars for Your Hours is a grant program that encourages community service by giving employees the opportunity to direct an annual contribution of up to $5,000 per year to charities. Bloomberg will also promote ICPD with a public service announcement on its Professional Service, reaching more than 11,000 employees and 280,000 customers worldwide.

Capital One
Financial Education Programs
To celebrate International Corporate Philanthropy Day, Capital One is continuing its commitment to financial literacy by bringing Capital One/Junior Achievement Finance Park™ to Newark, NJ in February, 2010. Finance Park is an innovative mobile financial literacy program that teaches the tenets of money management to middle and high school students. Following four weeks of in-class lessons, students enter a mock city where they become “adults for a day,” developing and managing a budget and making real-life financial decisions. To date, Capital One/Junior Achievement Finance Park has reached more than 33,000 students with important financial literacy skills.
Over the next month, Finance Park, with the help of hundreds of Capital One associate volunteers, will teach important money management skills to more than 1,850 New Jersey students.

Credit Suisse
Helping Students Thrive
In conjunction with International Corporate Philanthropy Day, The Credit Suisse Americas Foundation is pleased to announce a new program supporting Education. For the last six years the Foundation has been oriented solely to causes where the company's employees are involved, and Credit Suisse will continue to dedicate much of its giving to these causes. The company's new focus on education is an expansion of its mission.

Healthymagination and the GE Foundation Developing Futures in Education™
At GE, International Corporate Philanthropy Day (ICPD) provides the company with an opportunity to reflect on their citizenship efforts from the year—celebrating their successes and identifying future opportunities. ICPD is a time for GE to recognize their employees who volunteer their time and their leadership, who push through problems even if the answers don’t come easy. This year on ICPD, GE will celebrate its ‘healthymagination’ initiative and its education program. ‘Healthymagination’ is a commitment to help change the world’s approach to healthcare by lowering costs, touching more lives, and improving quality. The GE Foundation Developing Futures in Education™ program works to strengthen education through providing over $150 million in grants to select school districts throughout the United States.

General Mills
Nourishing Communities in Africa
General Mills continues to deepen its commitment to nourishing lives in Africa through two new programs. The first is an African Women and Children’s Hunger Project, which is a Web based joint venture with CARE that engages consumers to unlock General Mills Foundation dollars to support the education and economic development of women in Malawi. The other initiative is a public-private partnership with General Mills and two government agencies designed to improve the capacity of businesses to produce healthy, fortified food products in sub-Saharan Africa. Both programs were unveiled last fall at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York. On International Corporate Philanthropy Day, Ken Powell, President and CEO of General Mills, will serve as a lead panelist at CECP's Board of Boards CEO Conference in New York.

Humana
Community Engagement
To celebrate International Corporate Philanthropy Day on February 22, Humana CEO Mike McCallister will send a letter to all Humana associates emphasizing the vital role that corporations play in philanthropy and thanking them for their volunteer spirit and support of Haiti. Humana will also announce the next Dollars 4 Doers winner the same day. Humana takes its role of social responsibility seriously, keeping philanthropy top of mind for associates and communities we serve. And society should expect no less.

Intel
Intel Education Initiative and Teach Program
Intel will continue to promote and support its Education Initiative and Teach Program on ICPD. The Intel Education Initiative consists of a portfolio of programs that are designed to improve teaching and learning through the effective use of technology and to advance mathematics, science, and engineering education and research. The Initiative is intended to help educational systems move from an approach that emphasizes the acquisition of knowledge, to one that emphasizes conceptual understanding and the application of concepts to real-world situations. The Intel® Teach Program works with teachers on incorporating technology into their lesson plans. To date, the program has trained more than seven million teachers in more than 60 countries, and is committed to reaching 10 million teachers by 2011.

ITT Corporation
Haiti Relief
On International Corporate Philanthropy Day, ITT CEO, Steve Loranger, will send a thank you email to the employees who donated over $400,000 to Haiti and encourage others to take advantage of the ongoing corporate match to acknowledge this global day for giving. ITT will also host an informational luncheon on the situation in Haiti for all headquarters employees with Randy Martin, Mercy Corps’s Director of Global Emergency Operations. This session will be recorded and made available to ITT’s global employee base, customers and the public at www.ittwatermark.com. The goal of the event is to increase awareness of Haitians’ ongoing water and sanitation needs and the opportunity employees and the business have to provide critical resources after disaster strikes.

Financial Literacy Now
The McGraw-Hill Companies has a history of supporting financial literacy causes and economic empowerment initiatives. McGraw-Hill recently launched a new initiative, Financial Literacy Now, which is aimed at helping teachers educate tens of thousands of students about important personal finance topics so they can make sensible money decisions as adults. Financial Literacy Now, which will also focus on helping the general public, will provide greater access to financial literacy training services and information.

Moody's Corporation
Second Annual Virtual Food Drive and Giving Cards
On February 22nd, 2010, Moody’s CEO Ray McDaniel will e-mail all Moody’s offices worldwide to recognize International Corporate Philanthropy Day and applaud the 1,238 employees (33% of global staff) who participated in corporate-sponsored volunteer programs in 2009, nearly double the number from 2008 and a 350% increase from 2007. Each of these volunteers will also receive a personal letter from Ray McDaniel thanking them for their individual service to the community.

State Farm
State Farm® Youth Advisory Board
On Feb. 22, in celebration of International Corporate Philanthropy Day, the State Farm® Youth Advisory Board will announce its annual Youth Advisory Board grant recipients. Nearly $5 million will be provided to 82 non-profit organizations and schools with grants ranging from $25,000 to $100,000. In its fourth year, the Youth Advisory Board embodies how State Farm gives back to the community.
