A Successful
Employee-Volunteer Program?: The
HandsOn Network defines successful volunteer programs as those that:
§ Are supported and understood organization-wide.
§ Are planned beyond the short
term. § Have specific, measurable
goals that are tracked. § Ensure volunteer management
is a staff member’s job and is linked to performance. § Create pathways for
deepening volunteer engagement over time. |
