Events and Marketing Associate

CECP is seeking an organized and team-oriented Events and Marketing Associate to manage the flawless execution of CECP’s marquee events and marketing campaigns and materials, and support CECP outreach such as social media activities, public relations outreach, and member communications. 

Reporting to CECP’s Head of Communications and Marketing, the Events and Marketing Associate will oversee a wide variety of projects including serving as the events manager for CECP’s signature programming (including the Board of Boards CEO Conference, International Corporate Philanthropy Day, and the CECP Summit); coordinating marquee publications from conception to completion; supporting applicants and jurors throughout the annual Excellence Awards selection process; and assisting with Website and member communications projects.

Administrative Assistant

CECP, a New York-based non-profit organization of CEOs and Chairpersons focused on raising the bar for how corporations invest in society and empower their communities, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director with day-to-day administrative duties. 

The ideal candidate is an energetic, detail-oriented, team player who has the ability to utilize a high degree of professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters and in screening/handling certain routine/administrative functions on behalf of these executives. This position is part of the Operations Department and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
