Grant Announcements
- May 24, 2007: Groundbreaking of 3 SAERF-funded facilities by the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund.
- August 2006: SAERF awards $15 million in grants for reconstruction and rehabilitation. A $12 million grant is awarded to the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) for reconstruction of 14 schools and health facilities. Three separate $1 million grants are awarded to the Aga Khan Foundation USA, American Refugee Committee International, and the International Rescue Committee for health and education programs.
- January 21, 2006: SAERF awarded $4.5 million in grants dedicated to relief efforts to the Aga Khan Foundation USA, Catholic Relief Services, the International Rescue Committee, Mercy Corps, and Save the Children.
